How long does the program go for?Our minimum term is 6 months, but you can stay for as long as you like!

How much time will I have to put into this each week?Another perk of a customised protocol, the time you need to spend on this each week is up to you. We build your programs based on how much time you can spend working out and we create your meal plans based on how much time you can spend cooking - it’s built to fit your schedule!

How much is it?We customise everything, including the cost of your program! The investment will depend on the program we build together based off your needs and goals. It ranges from $250 - $350 per month. On our connection call we will create the plan that fits your budget as well as your needs!

Can I do this from home?You absolutely can, the perks of a customised protocol ;)

Do I have to track my macros?No you definitely don’t need to track your macros every day, we teach you about calories and macros because it’s important to understand them but our programs include meal plans and other nutrition strategies as well!

I still have questions, how can I get more info?No worries! You can DM Ell on instagram to chat more, or you can apply for coaching and we can have our obligation free clarity call and discuss it more there!

Do we need to track our macros?No, you don’t! You have your calories and macros however you also have access to a full meal library (on top of your meal plans!) therefore you can just pull and plug until your targets are hit. You’re tracking your food without spending hours and hours in MyFitnessPal - win, win!

What if I don’t like the meals in the plan?You can swap them! We have a meal swap feature that allows you to swap the meals in your plan for any other meal in our library. We’re constantly updating our meal library with new and exciting recipes to keep it interesting and stop you from getting bored.

Is there any coaching involved?Everyone in GROW is a part of a group chat on your fitness app, I’m in this chat so you most definitely have direct access to me for any questions you have, wins you want to share or setbacks you want to troubleshoot!

How much is it?GROW With Ell is $49 per month (billed monthly)

Would this suit a beginner?Absolutely, this would suit any experience level! If you’re just getting started this is the perfect introduction to health and fitness. If you’re a seasoned fitness fanatic, you’ll enjoy not having to come up with your own training program and meal ideas each week! WOO a win for all!

Can I do this from home?You can, however this is my personal training program that I’m sharing with you, I train in the gym therefore the training program will written for a gym, however you have access to the exercise library where you can swap and substitute exercises to suit your equipment availability and experience level! I would recommend having some sort of equipment at home (ie dumbbells, a bench, bands etc) to get the most out of your programs.

Is there a minimum commitment?No! You can cancel at any time. There are also no cancellation fees.
